These cute boys are Earl Clinton Cooper and Charles Bryant Cooper, brothers. I found them for sale on eBay – for a few more days at least. (See auction here). Clearly one of Charles’ children is writing the information on the photo, as they label “Dad” over his name. From the front of the photo we can tell they were from Kansas. The photo was taken in Paola, Miami County, KS. Two census records from Miami County, KS show a David and Harriet Cooper with son Charles, born in 1885, and son Earl, born in 1889 along with other children. There was precious little other information – but enough to connect these kiddos with a few family trees. Let the bidding begin!
